This is a combination of both icosahedron (20-faces) and dodecahedron (12 faces) built by radiating long red (pentagonal) struts and medium yellow (triangular) struts from one ball and connecting them.

Start by making "lollipops" with each of the red and yellow struts before connecting them to a central ball.
