Designed by Zometool founder, Marc Pelletier, the mosque has minarets capped with 5-fold polar zonohedra. 5-fold symmetries appeared in Islamic tilings as early as the 11th century C.E., and Marc advanced the art of the possible with his explorations of Islamic tilings and architecture.
